CRC Establishes New Subsidiary to Expand Fashion Business Portfolio

Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: CRC ) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Central Trading Co., Ltd. (C Trading), a subsidiary of which the company holds 100% shares, has established a new subsidiary company, Heritage Croc (Thailand) Ltd. Heritage Croc (Thailand) Ltd. was established to expand the fashion business portfolio and enhance the growth potential of CRC’s fashion business. The new subsidiary will focus on the importation and distribution of fashion products under the Lacoste Brand in Thailand. The subsidiary has a registered capital of THB 1 million with a par value of THB 100 per share. C Trading held 80% of the subsidiary shares, while I.C.C International Public Company Limited held 20%.
